The Unity Team met with Joe Rossi for negotiations 6:00 pm Tuesday December 12. I was teaching and was not present. John Stratton, President of the Faculty Unit, sent out an email after the session to the Faculty. I have pasted the email below.

Negotiations broke down after midnight on Tuesday. The team felt that the last few iterations showed that the administration was not negotiating in good faith toward a settlement that evening. *The team*recommends that you do not attend the Faculty Assembly meeting on Thursday. John Stratton.

I spoke with John over the telephone and John said that Joe pulled everything off the table when he did not get what he wanted. He did that last week also. I am not sure the date of the next session
